How to Submit a Request on our Widget
- You are required to have an email address and access to the internet.
- Select "Submit a Ticket"
- Enter contact information (if not prefilled)
- Enter the Project & Organization Name
- Select the Related Product
- Enter the Application/Server Name (if Applicable)
- Select the Environment Type
- Enter the URL (if applicable)
- Enter the Steps to Reproduce the issue
- Enter the Expected and Actual behavior
- Fill in a Description (detailed description of what the request is about).
- Identify the type of issue. (Question, Incident, Problem, Task)
- Identify the priority. (Low, Normal, High, Urgent)
- Attach a file from your computer
