How to Submit a Request on our Widget

Pre-Requisites

• You are required to have an email address and access to the internet. 

Steps

1. Select "Submit a Ticket"
2. Enter contact information (if not prefilled)
3. Enter the Project & Organization Name
4. Select the Related Product
5. Enter the Application/Server Name (if Applicable)
6. Select the Environment Type
7. Enter the URL (if applicable)
8. Enter the Steps to Reproduce the issue
9. Enter the Expected and Actual behavior
10. Fill in a Description (detailed description of what the request is about).
    1. Identify the type of issue. (Question, Incident, Problem, Task)
    2. Identify the priority. (Low, Normal, High, Urgent)
11. Attach a file from your computer
