How to Mark a request as solved
Pre-Requisites
- You are required to have a support account.
- You are required to be logged in to support.identityfusion.com
Steps
- Click on your Name on the top right
- Click My Activities
- Select the request you would like to mark as solved
- Type your reply in the reply box
- When you click in the reply box a checkbox will appear under the reply box,
- Check the box "Please consider this request solved"
- Click Add Reply
